Unopened Sealed Items
Any unopened or sealed product still in factory sealed packaging may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of original purchase date. Original receipts are required and refunds will be given based on payment method of purchased.
Opened or Broken seal Items
Opened or broken seal products must be exchanged or returned for store credit with a 35% handling fee. All opened products must be in new and or unscratched or compromised condition and within all original packaged materials and original receipts of purchased. No refunds or exchanges will be given after 7 days of purchase.
Preowned Devices
Any preowned devices may be refunded or exchanged within 2 days of original purchase date. Devices that contain customer information or have been set up will incur a 35% handling fee. Original receipts are required and refunds will be given based on payment method of purchased.
Defective Items
Defective items may be returned for same-product exchange, or store credit and exchange period is 7 working days from book in date unless stock is available.
All defective items must be tested and verified before we are able to offer exchange or store credit.
Non-returnable Products
Products that are not eligible for refund, return or exchange include opened iPads, opened Apple Watches, opened AirPods & AirPods Pro, opened software, opened printers, opened ink/toner, special orders, labor, gift certificates & products not accompanied with original packaging as well as memory sticks, flash drives ram unless it’s in store same moment exchange.
Cash Refunds
No in-store cash refunds will be made. Computer Hardware will refund cash purchases by check mailed to customer within 7-10 business days by EFT only.
